    How many times have you heard that your body is your โ€œHoly Templeโ€?

    The body receives our spirit for the evolution of our consciousness. Or again, the body is the manifestation of our soul in the material world. Every life, every day, is a new opportunity for growth. The longer we live, the better we take advantage of this opportunity that is given to us and, the better physical conditions we present, the more awake and more receptive we will be to the life lessons.



    Do you remember a day when you woke up feeling bad for having slept badly or for having gone to a party, where you drank alcohol? The next day doesn't have the same brightness, the same light, the same intensity, well-being and joy as the day you wake up super refreshed, after having had a good night's rest and a light diet the day before.


    What you feel inside you, reflects to the outside world. And the quality of what you eat has everything to do with it. Matter is energy, and, remembering, it is also the energy that you put inside you that will generate new energies with a respective quality. Thus generating good emotions, because if your temple is in a good mood and well nourished, you will feel good and, as a result, good thoughts will generate good emotions, good actions, good hormones and so on.

    Food is something very spiritual. Every day doctors are becoming more aware of this. The gut has about 500 million neurons and, through the vagus nerve, sends messages to the brain. If you choose fatty foods, simple carbohydrates and other types of foods that only overload you, you will have a microbiota that will make you sick inside, which will reflect on your life. Now, if you eat plant foods that synthesize Solar Light, you are ingesting Light. So your inner Light increases and reflects even more Light to your outer world.


    Therefore, we must take care of our body, which is our vehicle for the evolution of our consciousness, as this is the main objective of living! Energizations made through techniques such as Reiki, Ho' oponopono, prayers, meditations, crystal therapy and others, are essential to feed our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies. Now, we must take care of the physical body in the same proportion, which will show itself as a result of the physical stimuli that structure us such as food, physical activity and restful rest.
