The shape and flavor of the chayote ball pleases everyone and makes lunch or dinner look like an afternoon coffee or even bar food.

Betting on serving at a meal, with a beautiful varied salad of vegetables and grains (such as lentils, chickpeas and black-eyed peas) is a great choice. If the idea is to serve as snacks, bet on tasty sauces, a strong pepper and a refreshing drink, such as pineapple juice with mint or a mojito.

The main ingredient of our chayote cupcake has a number of benefits for our body, although they are not very well known. This vegetable is capable of regulating blood glucose, helping to cleanse the toxins in our body on a daily basis and favoring the elimination of localized fat.

It is also a strong ally to the health of the hair, being able to give it more shine and volume. For pregnant women, it is a great food to help with the formation of the baby, due to the large amount of folic acid it has. It also has a large amount of magnesium and phosphorus, which helps to strengthen bones and teeth.
