What I would like to share is much more of an attempt at understanding than an actual definition. I confess I'm new to this too. I imagine it is like this:
That moment when you find yourself alone, reflective and happy. Happy with your own company. Satisfied to realize that the contentment felt in this second is the result of his effort, planning and direction, all millimetrically designed (or not always) so that it was possible to reach this now. And that with regard to anything.
We share some realities as we walk through here. The professional, the personal, the financial, the spiritual, the mental... Coherence is when you can simply be who you are in all of them. Balance is when each of them lives in harmony. This is also self-love. Perhaps one of the best doses of this divine mystery liquid.
Self-love is a construct. It takes effort, awareness and, more than that, intention. Humility. It is the focus on a purpose, often much bigger than ourselves, that shows us a journey towards what really matters.
Love is everything. AND when the being learns to bathe with such loving waters, he is able to expand this energy to everything and everyone. Each being or situation is seen under the eyes of someone who understands that things are what they are, they take the path they need to take, they bring the necessary learning to our respective moment. And within us is the ability to embrace these facts with tranquility and wisdom. Just allow yourself (and want to allow yourself).
Asking poetic permission, I say to you: I loved and endured. Simply because on some days we know more and on other days we know less how to hug and welcome such an illustrious guest. Learning to allow yourself may be the first step. Have you allowed yourself today?
